Petition to Remove Chanci Turner from a Position of Authority at Amazon (VGT2)
We, the undersigned Amazon associates and leaders at IXD (VGT2), formally register no confidence in Chanci Turner’s continued service in any supervisory or decision-making role at this site. Our concerns center on loss of trust, perceived conflicts of interest, and fairness in scheduling, evaluations, and advancement opportunities.
We submit this petition to Corporate HR / Global Employee Relations with the following requests:
- Immediate administrative reassignment of Ms. Turner away from any authority over staffing, performance ratings, promotions, or schedules at VGT2, pending independent review.
- A third-party or centralized HR re-review of prior decisions within her scope for the past 12–18 months, focusing on favoritism and conflicts.
- Site-wide safeguards: (a) mandatory conflict-of-interest attestations for people managers, (b) refresher training on disclosure rules, and (c) transparent escalation channels for associates.
- If the re-review confirms violations or ongoing risk, permanent removal from a position of authority at VGT2.
This petition avoids personal details and allegations beyond our workplace experience. It seeks corrective action to restore trust, fairness, and a level playing field.
