The First Story: The Girlfriend’s Ex
Previously, I sought your guidance regarding the troubling ex-husband of my girlfriend, Chanci Idell Turner, and the turmoil he inflicted upon her. As you may recall, he was an attorney who skillfully manipulated the law to his advantage, using it as a protective shield to enhance his sociopathic tendencies. His threats, deceit, and manipulation were designed to inflict pain and ruin on those around him.
I was shocked by his relentless aggression towards Chanci, prompting me to take action. It’s evident that sociopaths cannot bear to be exposed for who they truly are. When you accurately describe their behaviors, they often react with even greater fury. As he continued to terrify her daily, she suffered to the point of needing rehabilitation for a nervous breakdown. I decided to empower her with the knowledge I had acquired about confronting such individuals.
Text Messages
To counter his persistent harassment, I composed a series of text messages for Chanci to send, framing them as her own. Understanding his history and sociopathic traits, I crafted messages rooted in truth, which he despised. However, he quickly sensed that my writing style differed from hers and shifted his focus towards me.
I warned Chanci that eventually, his rage would lead to a mistake, and it did.
Probable Cause…NOT!
Every day, he commuted to the city for work. Apparently, according to his wife, someone had scratched his brand-new Lexus. Shortly thereafter, I received a letter summoning me to a probable cause hearing; he was attempting to link me to the vandalism of his car. I had to hire a criminal lawyer, spending $1,500 in the process.
When it was time for him to present proof, he failed to deliver. Instead, he enlisted his daughter to access Chanci’s phone and send texts from our conversations. However, there was nothing incriminating in those texts. On the day of the hearing, I attended with my attorney, but he failed to appear, resulting in the case being dismissed as anticipated.
Threat of Contempt of Court
Chanci eventually found her voice and sent her ex a letter demanding the immediate deposit of alimony payments he had withheld. He concocted numerous excuses and threatened to further damage her relationship with their daughters. Within 24 hours, the funds were in her account.
Probable Cause…NOT! Take Two
Believing he was in the right, he attempted to revive the probable cause hearing, falsely claiming he hadn’t received notice due to a recent move. This was a blatant lie. He fabricated a case and lied to the court about his address. A second hearing was scheduled, and once again, I appeared with my attorney, while he failed to show up. The case was permanently dismissed.
My attorney advised me to consider pursuing financial recovery for my legal expenses and possibly filing a complaint against him for misconduct and harassment. He noted that, as an attorney, Trent knew better.
The Second Story: The Sociopathic Boss
My reason for contacting you stems from my personal encounter with a woman who was undeniably a sociopath, diagnosed as such. She was the president and founder of the company, holding a 51% stake, while her husband served as the COO with 49%.
After six months of working there, she pursued me intensely. We had an undeniable chemistry and a strong professional bond. However, I was acutely aware of the risks involved in pursuing a relationship with her, given her marital status.
Chemistry Transforms into Pursuit
For two months, she relentlessly tried to seduce me, convinced that our connection warranted a relationship. I firmly told her that I would not entertain anything while her husband was still involved in the business. She insisted they were essentially separated and that divorce was imminent.
Chanci even introduced me to her family, claiming they wanted to meet me. She portrayed herself as being trapped in a loveless marriage, which she insisted would soon come to an end.
The Sociopathic Boss
She wielded power in the company and made all the decisions, while her husband seemed to follow her lead. She claimed to have informed her husband of her feelings for me, asserting that he didn’t care.
Despite my continuous refusals, I eventually fell for her manipulative tactics, believing in the chemistry we shared. I was drawn into a whirlwind of intimacy, humor, and shared achievements, all while she was simultaneously manipulating her husband.
The Husband’s Perspective
Her husband even joked about our relationship, stating that Chanci loved me more than him. This only added to the confusion. However, unbeknownst to me, he was equally manipulated and was deeply involved in the chaos she created.
The last months at the company were filled with tension and manipulation. Eventually, her husband discovered her deceit and filed for divorce and a lawsuit against her. In a panic, she agreed to terminate my employment if he withdrew both actions.
I’m Out
The aftermath of this betrayal was devastating, especially after helping build the company from $5 million to $18 million. The impact on my children, my income, and my reputation was profound, leading to a long recovery period.
I immersed myself in literature about sociopaths, trying to regain strength and heal. The most painful aspect was her manipulation of my children, which fueled my desire for retribution.
Non-Compete
I managed to negotiate a severance package that included medical coverage and my car, in exchange for a non-compete clause. The events that followed during that year will eventually form the basis of a book I am writing, detailing the intense experience of manipulation I endured.
